We’re Uriel Garcia and Vanessa Santos-Caro, the founders of EVO Facility Services. We were both born and raised in this area and come from first-generation families. We grew up seeing how much can be built through hard work, sacrifice, and taking care of the people around you. EVO is our opportunity to build something of our own while staying connected to the community that raised us.
Cleaning has always been part of my story. My mother worked as a housekeeper, and growing up, I learned a lot from watching her work. She taught me to pay attention to the little things, take pride in what I do, and leave a space better than I found it. Those lessons stayed with me, and years later, they became part of the idea behind EVO.
I’m also a U.S. veteran and a working professional, and both experiences have shaped how I approach this business. I believe in being dependable, following through on what I say, and treating people with respect. Vanessa has supported this vision from the beginning, and together we want to build a company our clients can trust and one that creates opportunities for people in our community.
For us, EVO is more than a name. It stands for Esfuerzo, Valor y Oportunidad: Effort, Value & Opportunity. Those words represent where we come from, what we believe in, and the kind of company we want EVO to become.
